Set up your desk
Add Hands is a to-do list with agents on staff. Give your list a name. Most people use the business.
Bring your list
However it exists today. We will read it, give every task an agent, and show you which ones can run on their own. Nothing is preloaded unless you ask for the sample.
Reading your list
Here is your list, staffed
The team and what it can take
Six agents, each with a charter. Work inside the charter runs on its own. Consequential steps wait for your OK. Judgment calls never leave you.
Add hands
A new person on the org chart. Add Hands reaches them over fmsg for hand-offs and nudges.

How this works
Add Hands is a to-do list for a small business owner with agents on the team. You keep one list. Some tasks you do. The rest you hand to an agent with one press. Three tabs split the work: your list, what agents are doing in the background, and what is done.
Every task belongs to an agent with a charter. Six agents cover Finance and Payroll, People Ops, Front Desk, IT and Systems, Compliance and Records, and Marketing Support. The Team page spells out what each one runs alone, what waits for your approval, and what never leaves you.
Progress is visible. A delegated task shows its plan, how far through it the agent is, and a log of what it actually did. The line under the task fills as the work gets done.
Nothing goes out without you. Any step that leaves the building (an email, a post, a price change) stops at a checkpoint. The bell at the top right counts everything waiting on you, and each one shows you the draft. Approve it, ask for a change, or take the task back.
Agents suggest work too. The shelf near the bottom holds tasks your agents can see from your list and your data. Hand one over and it starts straight away.
